Job Description – FWC Consultant
We are always looking for Senior Tender Managers that can take on a role focused on positioning and tendering for medium-high value opportunities while guiding staff on business development (BD) systems and supporting their development as tender managers and contributors. This will include developing technical and commercial proposals in line with client requirements and templates, structuring fee rates and operational costs to build up accurate budgets, and developing payment by results approaches, where appropriate.

Climate Change and Renewable Energy: including but not limited to climate resilience and nature protection, mitigation and REDD+, climate finance, clean energy access (including off-grid), low carbon development, disaster risk reduction, adaptation and sustainable livelihoods, and technology and innovation.
Monitoring, Evaluation, & Learning: including but not limited to monitoring, third party monitoring, impact evaluations, availability assessments, ex-ante and ex-post project and programme evaluations (including mid-line and end-line), theory of change, logframes, key performance indicators, and qualitative and quantitative methods.
Sustainable Landscapes: including but not limited to land management (including policy and planning), biodiversity conservation and illegal wildlife trade prevention, watershed management, and forestry.
