The GCRF Evaluation provides an assessment of whether the fund is achieving its aim to support world class research addressing the challenges faced by low- and middle-income countries. NIRAS-LTS is leading the module on Research Fairness which will assess the extent to which GCRF is treating partners in the global South fairly and contributing to the emergence of equitable, sustainable global research collaborations
The NIRAS Data Futures Hub worked with the Frontiers Technologies Hub (funded by the UK Department for International Development – DFID) to help DFID harness the potential of big data within the context of the wider evolving data landscape.
The CSSF is a global fund that provides programmatic support from the UK to countries at risk of conflict or instability. NIRAS-LTS works with lead partner Integrity to support the global-level monitoring, evaluation and learning (MEL) framework for the Fund.
The overall thematic focus of the framework agreement is related to green economy, low carbon development and international climate change policy, especially REDD+ (Reducing Emissions from Deforestation and Forest Degradation).
LTS is delivering a range of core evaluation and monitoring specialised services to assist the DFID’s embedding evaluation agenda.
Over a four-and-a-half-year period, LTS will be conducting a meta-evaluation of the Children’s Investment Fund Foundation’s (CIFF’s) Renewable Energy Portfolio.
SEBI have approached LTS to support their engagement with the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation (BMGF) on the monitoring and evaluation (M&E) of their livestock portfolio.
