Eilidh joined LTS in 1999 in a role providing a variety of support tasks for both externally-contracted consultants and in-house staff. In 2004 Eilidh began managing funding applications for the Darwin Initiative Programme alongside her internal LTS role, then in 2006 she was delighted to have the opportunity to become involved full-time in the Darwin programme administering the projects, the finances for projects and Darwin workshops in addition to her grant application management tasks. She now works across the Darwin funds and also finds time to provide support and contracting service for LTS. For more information on the Darwin Initiative work, see darwininitiative.org.uk.
Eilidh has provided administrative support to managers and directors for over 30 years, in London (with the BBC) and Edinburgh (with LTS). Her work at director level with the BBC gave her an insight into the workings of a public-funded, non-profit making organisation encompassing a time of great change for the organisation.
