Lesley is an experienced development M&E consultant and project manager with a particular focus on ODA funded grants-based programmes focusing on biodiversity conservation, poverty alleviation and climate change. Lesley’s experience includes design and strengthening of M&E frameworks, theory of change, logframes, indicators, qualitative and quantitative data collection tools, and data analysis plans. In addition to design, Lesley has skills in undertaking evaluations – both field-based and desk-based meta-analyses.
She is additionally experienced in using the results of M&E to support refinement of development programmes including the design and implementation of applications cycles to ensure future projects are more likely to succeed. She has additionally used the results of M&E to support capacity building for grantees (and funders) including facilitating lessons learning and knowledge sharing through a multitude of platforms including workshops, interactive online learning resources and social media.
